Located in Génolhac, Occitanie, this 200 m² villa accommodates up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, heating in every room, and a dedicated workspace. Families have access to 2 baby cots, 1 high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children. Other amenities include self check-in, step-free access, coffee machine, and barbecue. Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace, or the balcony with panoramic valley views. The private heated outdoor pool is perfect for unwinding. On-site shared parking is available for several vehicles. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Parties are not allowed, and you are asked to respect the peace of the neighborhood. For safety and insurance reasons, charging electric or hybrid vehicles using a domestic socket or any electrical installation is strictly prohibited. The chalet is in Belle Poile, a hamlet of the medieval village of Génolhac on the border of Gard and Lozère, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. The Luech river is a 15-minute walk via the Régordane trail, ideal for swimming or hiking. The Mont Lozère Le Bleymard nature resort is 45 km away for alpine skiing and hiking. Firewood is available on request for an extra charge. Optional cleaning service is offered for an extra charge.
